refactor(eims): 重构预测性维护模块

- 修改设备健康度分布图表为健康度评分图表
- 更新设备详情页面布局和数据展示方式
- 添加设备数据累加和动态更新功能
- 调整维护历史记录时间
- 优化图表数据模拟逻辑
